Two friends, twenty years, and we still can’t agree on a sauce. We do agree the rest of the table needs help. So this January we’re adding a few things to go with the ribs: salsas, a warm queso, honey mustard, ranch, jalapeño pickles and a hot honey for drizzling. Small batch and made for game day, here in time for the playoffs and the big game.
