Bourbon-Glazed Baby Back Ribs
Low-and-slow baby backs finished with a sticky bourbon glaze. The backyard classic that started the argument.
You'll need
- 2 racks baby back ribs
- 3 Tbsp yellow mustard (binder)
- 1/4 cup of your favorite pork rub
- 1 cup Stoten's Bourbon BBQ sauce
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- Apple juice in a spray bottle
How to
- Pull the membrane off the back of each rack. Coat lightly with mustard and season both sides with rub.
- Smoke at 250°F for 3 hours, spritzing with apple juice every 45 minutes once the bark sets.
- Wrap each rack in foil with a tablespoon of butter and brown sugar. Cook 1 more hour.
- Unwrap, brush with Stoten's Bourbon and cook 20–30 minutes until the glaze sets and tacks up.
- Rest 10 minutes, slice between the bones and add one more brush of sauce.
