- 1 Tbsp baking powder (aluminum-free)
- 2 tsp kosher salt
- 2 tsp of your favorite rub
- 3/4 cup Sieveking's Honey BBQ sauce

How to
- Pat wings very dry. Toss with baking powder, salt and rub; rest uncovered in the fridge for an hour if you can.
- Smoke at 275°F for about 50 minutes.
- Crank the heat to 400°F+ (or move over direct heat) and cook until crisp, 15–20 minutes, to an internal 175°F.
- Warm the Sieveking's Honey with the melted butter and toss the wings right off the grill.
